Green Cauliflower Stem Leaves| Hello guys, I bring for you a new recipe of stem leaves, that we mostly throw. Stem Leaves are cauliflower's green parts, and it has protein, are healthiest, and are easy to digest. We can test it in a different type of style. One I am going to share with you.
Cumin- 1/2 tsp
Onion-4 pcs
Green Chilli- 6-7 pcs
Salt - To test
Turmeric powder-2 tbsp
Chilli Powder- To test
Coriander Powder-2 tbsp
Garlic-10-15 cloves
Stem Leaves- 500 gm
Potatoes-500 gm
Method Of Cooking
1. Cut the onion, potatoes, and stem leaves, then wash them.
2. Heat some olive oil(any cooking oil) in a dripping pan/kadhai and fry the onion and green chili.
3. Add garlic, all spices let them fry for 2-3 minutes, and then add stem leaves and potatoes together, cover, and cook it for 20-30 minutes.
4. Serve the delicious vegetable with Chapati and enjoy.
