Spinach Chapati| There is the time of winter and with Sunday, if there would not be special in then what we enjoyed. So here is special lunch for you, cook and enjoy your Sunday in winter with family and friends.
Ingredients
- Spinach- 250gm
- Flour-500gm
- Onion- 2pcs
- Turmeric Powder- To test
- Red Chilli Powder- To test
- Salt- 2 tbsp
- Garlic- 2 tbsp
- Spice (Chat Masala) - 2 tsp
- Mustard Oil/Ghee
Method of Baking Spinach Paratha
1. Cut the Spinach and Onion into small sizes.
2. Mix Spinach, Onion, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Chat Masala, Chilli Powder, and garlic paste in the flour, then knead the dough.
3. Heat the hotplate/Tawa, roll out the Paratha, then bake it on the medium flame by applying mustard oil/ghee.
4. Spinach Paratha is ready to serve, you can test it with tomatoes sauce or Peas and Chickpea Lentils Souce.
