Paneer Bhurji- How to cook at home

Paneer is an Indian cheese that is made from milk. Nowadays most people like to have it, some take it raw and some fried as per their choice. It has many nutrients like proteins, carbohydrates fiber, and so on. If the doctor has suggested you take a healthy diet then you can add it to your meal with different types. One I am going to share with you.



Ingredients for one person

  1. Amul Milk- 500ml
  2. Capsicum- 1pc
  3. Onion- 1 pc
  4. Grind Garlic- 1tsp
  5. Green Chilli- 2-3 pcs
  6. Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
  7. Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
  8. Salt- To test
  9. Olive Oil- 2  tbsp


Method of making paneer at home

1. At the time of boiling milk add 2 tsp lemon, when milk bursts then filter and cover it with a cotton cloth tightly put it for 3-5 hrs in the freeze.


Method of Paneer Bhurji

1. Cut Onion, Capsicum, and Green chili into small sizes.
2. For cooking add oil to the dripping pan and add cumin after this add green chill, and onion and then fry it for 1-2 minutes after this add capsicum and grind garlic.
3. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes and the vegetable is ready.
4. You can see the paneer is ready to mix with the ready vegetable.
5. Testy Paneer Bhurji is ready to take enjoy it with Chapati.
