Breakfast| Moong dal sprouts are very healthy for all. It has many nutrients like Vitamin K, B, and C is low in calories, and has fiber. If you want to lose weight then add 1 cup of sprouts moong to your daily diet. That's why this is called wonder food, it is healthy as well as tasty.
Way of taking Moong dal in your food.
1) Sprouts Moong.
2) Boiled Sprout Moong
3) Add in your vegetable
4) Cook Pulse
5) Add in your testy food like oats.
I am going to share with you, how to add sprout moong in oats.
Ingredients.
- Saffola Oats- Small pkt
- Sprout moong- 5-6 tbsp
- Onion- 1 pc
- Tomato- 1 pc
- Green Chili- 4-5 pcs
- Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder- 1 tsp
- Salt - to test
- Food Oil- 2 tbsp
Method of cooking saffola oats with sprout moong
1) Cut onion, green chili, and tomato into small sizes.
2) Add oil to the pan, then add onion, green chili, and salt.
3) Let it fry for 1-2 minutes then add tomato, turmeric powder, and red chili powder after 1 mint add sprout moong, and oats and mix it properly.
4) Add water for cooking, and leave it on a medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
5) If need add water in between and mix slowly 2
6) Healthy Sprouts Moong Saffola Oats are ready to test.
This is a delicious breakfast and your kid loves it too.
