Ingredients for Manchurian balls
- Boiled Nutrela 10-15gm
- Bread 5-6 pcs
- Boiled Potatoes 4-5 pcs
- White Flour(meda) 3-4 tbsp
- Maggie Masala 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
- Red chili Powder 2 tsp
- Salt To test
- Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Method of cooking balls
1) Grind boiled potatoes, boiled nutrela, and bread separately in the mixture.
2) Mix properly to grind nutrela, potatoes, bread, white flour, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Make dough for Manchurian balls.
Ingredients for Manchurian Gravy
- Onion 3-4pcs
- Tomatoes 4-5 pcs
- White Flour Paste 3-4 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
- Red chili Powder 2 tsp
- Salt To test
- Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
Method of cooking gravy
1) Cut onion, and tomato into small sizes.
2) Add onion after frying cumin in the oil.
3) Add tomatoes, garlic paste, salt, tomato sauce, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
4)Let it cook for 1-2 minutes and then add flour paste and mix properly.
5) Let it boil on medium flame and then add all balls and leave for 1 minute.
6) Nutrela Manchurian is ready to taste.
